OUR SERVICE

Downey Meals On WheelsEach delivery consists of a hot dinner to be eaten at mid-day and a cold supper for the evening. The menus are varied and the food is carefully packaged and attractively served. FOCUS ON EXCELLENCEDowney Meals On Wheels

Meals are prepared and packaged by Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital/Sodexho at cost, as service to the community. Meals are planned by registered hospital dietician Laura McNeil to provide two-thirds of recommended daily nutritional needs. All meals have low sugar and sodium content. Renal diets are available for clients on dialysis.
